its a cool car but like some others have said a mopar engine would be better in it. Im not closed minded because I own other old cars besides mopar but i grew up mostly around mopars and just prefer them over others. i like a lot of the older cars from chevy ,ford and chrysler. mopar and ford are my favs, but i can't deny chevy for the ability to swap parts between engines and build power cheap.
as far as new stuff goes i hate gm and most fords only ford id buy is the trucks maybe a mustang . new stuff is chrysler all the way for me . I have my reasons for that mainly because my family has something from every one of the big 3 and I've had far less problems with my jeep than any one else has had with their fords and chevys
