I finally pulled the trigger and bought a bill Mitchell aluminum block! 4.5” bore, cross bolted mains, billet steel caps.

DAING! I’m green with envy! Now the question is, how much stroke and what heads are you going to use?

Excellent!
Check it out, well. My friend bought a Mitchell hemi block, and one of the cam bearing bores wasn't finished. They're fixing it.

Looking for 900hp on pump gas. 572” build. 4.5” stroke. 10.7:1 compression, solid roller .700ish lift 270ish @ .050 duration, trick flow 270cc heads, max wedge tunnel ram with twin dominators.
What, no blower ?
Quit being a cheapskate!

Please do start a build thread when you put this all together.

HO-Lee-sheeeeiot!!!!!

First up, congrats. Best wishes on the build.
May it exceed your expectations and dreams.

I don't see 900hp being too far out of line for a 572. Do you have the cam yet? I would think you would need something in the 280+ duration and more lift to make that power with those heads. Will you run them OOTB?
