Chipped windshield

Unfortunately my windshield has a few rock chips in it. Nothing too drastic just little chips. Question is, has anyone ever fixed little chips in their windshields or do I need to replace with a new one?

I would take it by a glass shop and see how much it would cost to repair it verses replacement.

You might also want to check with your insurance company.

Many times they will cover windshield repairs/chips for free.
