hi folks i have a questions about carb chokes
first i have a 750 holley dual feed vacumm sec. and i have never in 4 years had to use the manual choke to start it.,and it would run very well
i now have put on a 650 proform with dual feed vacumm sec. and a electric choke and the engine needs it to be choked to start and once it does is very cold blooded. i have changed the choke settings with some improvement.
why would one carb not need a choke and a second carb depend so much on it? engine is 360/380 crate
