What have you all used on the plastic bezels around the radio and instrument cluster to give it that chrome finish. I would imagine hobby stores have a chrome paint for models but will it stand up?

I've used the chrome paint on mine...it looks good but you have to do all the trim so it matches and the prep is the main thing.

Sand all the old paint off and make sure it's grease, oil and dirt free. Makle sure the paint will adhere to plastic as well as some pints won't stick very well.

If you want it like it came from the factory you might want to
send it to CV Vacuum Platers.

Here's what they did for mine:

it was actually a cluster I bought from my cousin for my 67 project.

It was $225 to plate and detail the cluster.....$65 for the glove box panel.....polish the lens $45.....$27 each plate the large centers....$10 for the small centers. The broken pieces cost 90 bucks to fix, but you cant even tell it was broken.
