Im going to try the 000 on my minivans side mirrors. I dont know who Mopar used as a supplier but they all look like they have silver spiderwebs in the them. And the last minivan side windows looked like they had fish scales on them. WTH?
 
The above methods may work well but I can only comment on what I have done. I have used 'Purple Metal Polish' on a blue paper shop towel, with moderate pressure, by hand, in small circular motions. I am hesitant to use powered equipment to do this for fear of heat buildup and the possible consequences.
