Not sure of the under hood bracket and kick down your talking about I've got the throttle cable with mounting plate and the gas pedal with rod, although I don't think the pedal is correct to the cable but I can do $90 shipped to you. The last cable and brkt I saw sell a few weeks ago was $85 alone.
 
Don't like this new set up for this site but anyways do you have any column shift linkage parts for a 69 dart with a 727? Thanks

Well I've got both these, the two post should be correct for your early a but you can use whatever you like. I wouldn't say either one of them are REALLY nice. They are both NICE driver quality, show quality not so much. Here's some pictures. Either one $45 shipped to you.
