Cleaning single stage enamel?

What can I use to clean stains like grease and antifreeze off my tired paint job, without making it worse?
Paint is pretty thin, so a little scared to buff it very much.
Any tips?

Don't know how you are going to get stains out without buffing. If it is grease in the small crevices in the paint,... maybe try some WD-40? I've used it to pull tar or adhesive off vehicles, and it didn't seem to hurt the paint. Try it in an inconspicuous area first.
