Cloudy Instrument Panel Plastic

The instrument panel on my 67 Barracuda has dirty, cloudy plastic. You can barely see mileage, and the other gauges. I know there are products you wipe on faded headlight housings. Would these work ? Anything else that would clean it up to make more visible ?

It might be cloudy on the inside as well,,,,,dusty really.
You might have to remove it to clean it .
