In need of a clutch ball stud bracket that mounts to the bellhousing. I'm in the middle of a /6 to V-8 conversion and the /6 bracket doesn't work on the V-8 housing. This is for a '65 Barracuda small block.

Someone out there must have one of these!!

Thanks,
Harv

What bellhousing are you using? Is it one for the stock 273 clutch (9.5"? I don't remember size for sure) or the later 10.5" clutch?

I know that Brewer's www.brewersperformanc.com sells a bracket with the stud that's supposed to be a bolt in when using a 10.5" clutch & bellhousing in the early cars. I don't think there's a stock part that works in the early cars with the larger clutch.

You need to know what bellhousing you have

I was told the bellhousing I was sold was a 69, so I ordered a 69 mount for it.

It didn't work and found out it was a newer bellhousing and they changed the design slightly

I have a new in the box, Z bar ball mount for the bellhousing for a 69 small block bellhousing

Let me know if you need one for a 69 SB bellhousing
