Column shifter question

I need to find column shift linkage for my 74 duster. I swapped in a 360 & 727. Do the 904 and 727 share the same linkage? For kick down I have a Lokar cable.

I went to a floor shifter when I made the change.

This is a guess but I suspect that since the two transmissions are of a different physical size that you need to change out the linkage as well...

The 904 and 727 have some different pieces. They share the frame bracket and column rod but all the other pieces are different. I have the correct 67-70 or 71-73 set up for a 727 column shift automatic but in 74 they went to a fixed bushing instead of pinned rods with bushings washers and clips. Depending on what year steering column and trans lever you are using you may have to do changes to make the 67-73 rods to work on a 74. PM me if interested
