Combo steering column

Can I use a floor shift upper (part right under steering wheel) manual column on a column shift ( below the rotating part with the lever) lower power column to make a floor shift power steering column? I have both and was hoping I could mix n match them to make what I need. Sorry I this is vague. I'll see if I can add some pics to show what I mean.

i'm guessing you are talking about the column collar? in general, yes they interchange
