[SOLD] Complete 318 with 4 speed

Older 4 barrel (Carter) 318 (points) with 4 speed attached. Shift lever is missing, has reverse lockout (lift to shift into reverse).
Transmission is the aluminum case, maybe overdrive.
Unknown condition........ but complete.

Crazy it has a GM carb- Rochester Quadrajet and a GM Alternator. I have never seen that. According to the levers on the trans. it is the OD 4 speed.

Believe it or not it was in a 49 Plymouth Cranbrook. Had been a hot rod. ‍

Quadrajet replaced the Thermoquad in about 82? Until the throttle body injection came on board in about 88.

not original carb//that carb had electric choke (removed)and under the throttle linkage is an EGR port
he did mention "rat rod"

It's an overdrive, the 3rd to 4th lever is flipped. Interested in selling the Quadrajet separately? They're not too bad of a carburetor.

I’m marking this sold just to get it off the list.
I pulled the intake and valve covers and discovered a set of 68-70 340 heads. Gonna rethink this situation.
