One 2013 Honda Accord at about 1pm today.
Not a mark on the Dart except a little white paint on my bumper.
The Honda, buckled bumper to bumper on the pass side.

He tried to go around me while I was sitting still and it didn't clear.

Yeah but when I T bone a Sunbird at 10 - 15 mph it just wouldn't have seem right to snap pictures. So I got my car later on at home but let the other one go. She got a ticket - I wished I could had stop or went around but she fooled me by first stopping and then going when some dude waved her in cause he stop early for her. Sometimes this politeness does more harm then good.

Big difference on damage

Newer cars can avoid more accidents but once hit they fall apart

The old cars have stronger steel it seems, harder to bend and more of it

I got $500 from her insurance company, the max I could had got. Don't have collision on my oldie

I didn't call it in as an accident report, but I called it in to make sure he didn't try to report it as hit and run or something.

No sympathy here,...as long as no one was hurt, Its all good,...cars can be fixed or replaced,...

I always take pictures, and I see alot of crashes,...Having a camera makes It easier for you when ya fight with insurance companies...no matter how minor...Also stops the aurgument when Mr. Polite decides to be litigious....

Glad no one was hurt and no major damage. I think if you giv'em a 8 pin HEI jolt to gonads they'll be a little more careful next time.
