I was wondering if I could get some much needed advice. I'm swapping out my headers in my 67 GTS 4 speed. Going from tti 1 3/4" long tube headers on my 383 to tri-y schumachers. The problem is that there is a large gap between the exhaust connecting. Also now going from 2 bolt flange off of tri-y's to 3 bolt flange on my old connection to my tti's. What I really need is a length of pipe on one end 2 1/2" 2 bolt ball flange this way can swivel/move before bolting tight and on the other end a way to marry to the old 2 1/2" 3 bolt tti flange. I can't weld so I'm trying to avoid getting specific measurements and going to exhaust shop to have them weld it. Was hoping to be able to do it on my own. I looked online but couldn't find a section of pipe that would accomplish this.

I would think letting a good exhaust shop do it would be your best bet. They will cut off 3 bolt flange, make the pipe you need, and weld them in. You will not find anything pre- made.
