What are you using to attach your console to the mounting brackets, just some machine screws?? This is on a conversion so I have nothing to reference, thanks.
Console attaching hardware.

Original screws into OEM type brackets with slots for screws, those were more like sheet metal screws or lag type threads. Pretty much identical to the one screw in each kick panel.
Machine threads would require a nut.
