I had same issue but only needed a few. You could make the rectangular parts and hardware store the bolts.

Would not be OEM but would work.

Be careful cross threading them in the body, the nuts are welded in and not accessable

On my Polara I was going to use regular bolts and fender washers to replace the couple I have missing.
