oooh! I can sit fully restored with a medium blue paint job, a cool sign on the doors and a black tow rig and lots of pin-stripping and varnished wood on the back deck
 
Here is my guess "if" original. It has the 65-67 grill but, the door handle gives it away as probably 67 when the door handles were changed to push button.. The exhaust exits the RH making it most likely a V8. I can't read the badge but, 3/4 wheels with a dana makes it at least a D200. That is all I have.

It is a D200 with a Dana 60

I will find out what's under the hood.

It has 8 lug wheels also
 
Nice pie pan,
My guess is around 62-67 without seeing the interior, plus it has a small back window, a plus on early dodges value wise, but typical Dodge the doors and rockers are shot but the cab looks decent.

My money says it's a slant or a 318.
