The blue Demon is beautiful! I saw it up close at the Indy swap meet this spring.

Two longtime friends with the KOS Demon and 64 Plymouth NSS car…. And our crewchiefs
I missed noticing how you all ran...any new bests etc? wins? How does the Demon run..."quickrunner" doesn't post anywhere that I've noticed. Can you share what it's running?...Tell him I said hello.

It was unusually hot and humid down there last weekend. Mid 80’s and sticky.
Dave’s Demon did run personal bests all weekend, he is creeping up on the tune, only had it out 3 or 4 times total. It’s approaching mid 5’s thing weighs 3600 with him in it.
Only 4 cars showed for KOS. Came down to Leon Hudson and a blue 70 GTX. The GTX was the fastest car, when it went down the track, but it didn’t in the final. Looked like a 4.70 car going A to B. Leon was consistently 5 flat.
Best pass I mustered was 6.67 at 102 and change. Went couple rounds, then Sunday lost first round, and packed up. Long drive home.
Rick’s 64 NSS Car shut off on him in second gear Sunday morning during the time hit, wouldn’t refire. Everybody seemed to think it grabbed a bearing. But no smoke, no missing, just shutoff.
He was able, after getting home, to look at the Oberg. It’s clean.
Now thinking dizzy, spark box or something with the crank trigger.
Fingers crossed
