Is anyone running or have you used the Copper Header flange gaskets. They appear to have a crush ring in them but dont know if they
would seal well or might even cause an electroless problem. Please advise if you have used them or are they even worthwhile. Thanks Texas Red

Draw File the flanges true flat, then Mr Gaskets forever.
Works for me, never had need of expensive copper gskts or Remflex.
Do it once .
Good luck

My theory was if there is no gasket. Then none can blow out. Both surfaces have to be flat and smooth, Always slice the header flange between the front and center two and the rear and center two pipes if they have one piece flange. This allows for expansion.

This is the main reason they sell two and three piece manifolds for the Cummins Diesels. Lets everything move together. Diesels expand so much they shear the bolts off. We are always removing some at the shop when doing heads.

I tried a set of copper once and didn't love them. Still leaked eventually. I have remflex now, and they have been in there for quite a few years. I would buy them again.
