Like the heading says, I want to install these on my 1969 Dart. I was always told 4 to 4.25 inch BS was the way to go. I found a smoking deal on a set of brand new 15 x 6 Cragar SS wheels and I want to run to 215/60/15‘s upfront and 245/60/15’
s outback. Anybody Run this tire size with a spec spacing on this vehicle? Thank you

Those are the same ones I run on the front of my car with 195 60 r15. I don’t think they will work on the back. I think you need an 8 inch width with a 245.

I never tried the 6 inch ones on the back, but they might work because they are narrower. I think there is only one wheel in each width for 4 inch bolt pattern, so the choices are few. I wanted more of a deep dish look on the back so I went with the 8 inch for the rear.

What backspacing in size tire did you use Mike? Thanks

On the back I used 15x8 with 4.25 backspace and 235 15 r60. They fit easily on my 69 barracuda.

Mine sits high in the back, I don’t know if barracudas and darts have the same fender clearance.
