That looked to be spectator who came over the wall. I didn’t see the driver get out.Heart stopping action at the dragstrip today...
Black car doesnt seem to think or care that there is an medical emergency, only worried about the corner of his 50k shitbox.
Remote kill switch is a good idea. Driver of black car never gets out. I’m betting he’s out cold from the hit or he’s in there hurt. That was a pretty good hit.Moparofficial, I was thinking the exact same thing! What a douche...
I got 3 questions:
why did black car stop? (maybe it was burnout stage...probably after writing this)
where did green car end up...did wall actually stop him?
did safety SUV do a burnout responding?
almost seems like something like this would mandate a remote deadmans switch protocol like Monstor trucks use to prevent runnaway accidents. Safety official has a radio controlled kill switch.

That’s his hair! You can see him watching in the bottom of the vid and then see his head as he runs toward the track and jumps the guard rail. The reaction of the person that walks up to the car says a lot. He looked in the car and put his hands on his head which is not a good sign. I’m not sure why he is wearing a helmet though. It could be the driver.

Not a spectator, it was the backup crew member for the black car. He was going to back up the black car after his burnout, then realized he was in a bullfight. That looked to be spectator who came over the wall. I didn’t see the driver get out.
This showed up on Reddit in a few places too. I never heard anything about a heart attack at the time, in fact you can see the driver holding the brakes after that first spin... The articles I saw all claimed that both drivers were fine.
This was during the burnout stage which is why the other car was stopped. The kill switch had allegedly malfunctioned after the throttle stuck open. The facebook source has been removed, but here's a few of the posts I saw
