CRAZY or CRAZY like a FOX???? 392 2X4 intake w/carbs

I once had an Edlebrock 3 duece intake for my Gen I 392 but like a fool, ended up selling it. Wasn't the first time nor will it be the last time I sold something that I wished I would have kept!
 
I sold an Edelbrock intake with 6 Stromburg carbs off a 392 for my dads friend for $1200 in 1999. Cool looking intake. My dad rebuilt the 392 for him. Early hemi stuff is expensive...
 
I may be wrong but he has 331-392. I don't think the 392 intake will fit the 331/354. ones a low deck the other raised deck . you would need a spacer for the 331-354.
 
I think interchange is based on the heads used..392s had the intake surface spaced in further
like the Eddy Victor heads so intakes exchanged with 331/354s. But you'd need a spacer if you
used 331/354 heads on a 392.
