Back in 1974 I purchased a 1970 340 Duster. It was A4 silver poly with the black vinyl top black interior with bucket seats and shift console and no 340 call out anywhere on the exterior of the car. I drove that car for about seven years when I finally had to trade it in for a new Chevy S-10 blazer. the blazer went away shortly after that when I divorced my wife and she took the car. That didn’t bother me as much as not having the duster. I only have one picture of the car that haven’t been able to locate recently, and that was with it parked at the curb and me standing next to it in my cap and gown for my graduation from college thru the G.I. Bill after my time in the Navy.
I’ve never seen one like it either through magazines or car shows. I’ve always wondered if there are any more of them out there . If you’ve got one, please post a picture.
