Custom swinger??? Mr. Norm car????

I am trying to find out what the difference is between a swinger and a custom. I have a dart custom. I have only had it for about a month and am trying to track down some info about it. It has Mr. Norm Dyno Tuned stickers in the rear quarter windows, a 4 barrel carb and headers. I just want to know if anyone can help me find something out about why my car is a Custom and how I could find out if Mr. Norm really did work on it. It was not sold from his dealership. I already checked that. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
