Damaged door trim solution.

As you can see, the door trims on my Demon have seen better days. The backing boards had been trashed over the years, I had two functioning clips on this one.

I thought about trimming the damaged areas out and somehow effecting a repair...but common sense prevailed.

Good plan.... it does the job so you can wait for a sale (ie: 25% or more) at a supplier that sells the pre cut panels!

Fantastic idea!! This'll also make it easier for future repairs to the window regulator and door latch. Thanks for the tip!
