Damn! Damn! Damn!

We have a few old flip-phones at the house I tried to re-enable, but all of them are either 2G or 3G, and that's no longer supported. And I really wanted to go the "dumb phone" route this time, but I have a LOT of things I need to get done, and ZERO time to do any research, so I just handed my credit card over and said, "Make it happen, same as my old phone."

So I have a new Apple SE phone, same as my old one.

But I'll be more careful to back-up my pictures (manually, onto our PC) this time around, you can be sure of that!
you can still get an old flip phone at WAL MART. My wife had to get a new "smart" phone as hers took a dump and I looked at all the phones and there was ONE and ONLY ONE flip phone on display in a glass case with purple rope barriers and spider webs around it. LOL But the sales kid claimed they had more brand new in boxes.

(LOL!) They had it in the Antiques & Collectibles section, huh?

The sales kid claimed it was the Solomon K. Guggenheim museum for old phones. Karrin called him out on it because Solomon's middle name is actually Robert. LOL I actually considered buying it as it was exactly like the one I had cut up with the lawn mower 5 years ago when I last had one. It was post 3g so useable, but it was over 100 bucks. I paid 19.95 for the last one I had.

Good god, it was just a suggestion. I had no idea people felt so strongly about storing photos online. It's funny though, I'd bet almost all of you conduct online banking and don't think twice....

I wear Duluth Trading Fire Hose pants damn near exclusively, and they have that same pocket...

And I would have noticed the lack of weight in that pocket if I didn't always carry two phones with me (one personal, and one work).
You do know most of the newer phone are dual sim capable, so you can have a personal line and work line on the same phone.
