The 9 1/4 under the wifes 78 lit red express has 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern. My 86 w150 has a 9 1/4 with the 5 on 5 1/2? pattern.

The 9 1/4 under the wifes 78 lit red express has 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern. My 86 w150 has a 9 1/4 with the 5 on 5 1/2? pattern.
Mine is 5 on 5 1/2”
Same with both my RC's, the '77 has 9.25 with 4.5, and the '85 has 9.25 with 5.5. Both sure grips

I just bought a 5 lug Dana 60 out of a Ford truck or Van, circa 1967 with Dana locker.
It is 5 inch pcd and is only ONE inch offset not 2-1/4 inch like Mopars.
The axle shafts are the same length which is like a 8-3/4 axle.
30 splines and one side will need cutting down to get the offset right, which I can do myself.
Cost so far is £600 if I can find a one inch shorter shaft, maybe 1966 8-3.4 shaft?
Either re-drill the axles for 4-1/2 pcd or but some 5 inch pcd wheels?
The locker alone is worth £500 so maybe I can get this done for approx £700 all in.
My mate has an E-body dana 60 at £2500 is my other option...
