Dang new gadgets! Ipod help

I bought a new I pod touch and I got the music imported or downloaded into the dang thing.Now how do I get the songs to play.Sometimes a ff play and rr bar pops up and I push pay and nothing happens.Also I thought maybe you push the icon next to the song but a message comes up ...Download over Celular? Additional fees may apply when downloading songs over celular.

I have mes with this dam thing half the day and now this issue,guess I an getting to old to figure this thing out....LOL

It s a I pod touch 32G

Video does not work and I do not have sound on my computer anyway.

Basically it says to go to the song list, tap the song you want to play and that's pretty much it.

One mehtod is to hold down the power/sleep/wake button and + volume button until the apple logo appeared (approx 10 seconds).

A screen will pop up with what looks a little like system settings in yellow text (similar looking to a DOS/shell command screen)
Then press the sleep button and the screen turns off.
Then press the sleep button again and the iPod starts as normal and the songs and playlists should work as usual.

If this doesnt work then do a back up and check link below to try other stuff
