Finally after 3 tries and Coyote Jack's help I got my intake back on and it does not leak.

Did you use gaskets or just rtv.Getting ready to do mine.Any suggestions

Use gaskets and RTV. I used what is called "The Right Stuff" which is similar to RTV but is supposed to be better. Make sure you put sealant around the water ports on both sides of the gaskets and sealant at a few spots on the heads. Once you have applied sealant let it set for about 5 minutes before applying the gaskets to the heads. Once the gaskets are in place lower the intake as straight and level as you can. Make sure to apply sealant where the side and front-back gaskets meet(4 corners).
