Sure, heres a few shots. I'm in Parksville on Van. Island.
 
Are you actually in Parksville? Because that is where I am too. I am right near Parksville Elementary, up from the library. What about yourself?
 
Actually live in Coombs, but work in Parksville. The yellow '69 Dart GT was in the Parksville Chrysler show recently. John
 
Just picking my brain--I think we've met, or maybe just met your dad--your orange Duster was in the show and you live on Corfield with a shop to the right of the house I think. I'll drop by and say Howdy at some point with a Dart. Don't know why those photos didn't load, I'll try again. John
 
Ah, you're thinking of my cousin Dave. The 72 Duster is his car, and that was my uncle you are thinking of. Do you remember seeing the 65 Fargo, blue with a white roof ? Had a big hand crank winch on the front. That's mine, its what I entered in the show. I'll see if I took a pic of your car.

Damn, I don't think I got a picture of it. Are you attending the show in Coombs on Saturday, or the cruise Saturday night from A&W in Parksville at 6:30, or the show on Sunday at the beach?
 
Yep, that's mine--nice shot, thanks. I'll be at both shows, and maybe the cruise but doubtful. I saw the Fargo, super cool, ex-BC Hydro powerline truck--could climb trees!
 
Oh, right on. I remember thinking 'This guy is from the area, yet Ive never seen the car before??? Damn!'

I was only going to do the cruise and the Sunday show, but I might do all 3. I have nothing better planned for the weekend.

If you ever want to get together for a beer or something, let me know. I wouldn't mind seeing all 3 Darts, or whatever else you have. I would show off my 70, but its not very impressive right now. Although the POR-15 made it look a little better.
 
No prob, I do beer. The '69 is a 360 done up nice/727/3.23 posi; the '68 is a 340/4spd/3.91 posi ; and the '67 rag is a 340/4spd/3.55 posi. Probably take the conv to this or that but will walk around at both shows. Small world eh?
 
Sounds good. I will look for your car at the Coombs show, whether I enter or not. If so, I'll hopefully meet you. If not, I'll see you at the Parksville show. I'll probably enter the Fargo to that show.
