Hard to tell from a picture. Tell us about your car.
Does your VIN Vin starts with LP2-D6?
Whats engine and carb are in it?
Auto or manual trans?
Which rear end is in it?
A picture of the fender tag?
Does it still have the certicard under the hood? A pic of that

Assuming it was originally a US car the IBM card will tell you the name of the dealer that sold it.

Unless it's a dealer code 17000

I know i sent away for info on my 65 Belvedere yrs ago and got an iBM card and a sheet with alot of info on it .not sure if that still happens. The Dodge Dart was made in the States and the Valiant was made in Canada .

They are still sending a pdf copy of the IBM card and tell you who / where the dealer is.

They do not provide any other info. You have to decide the card yourself.

It takes a few months as they only do it every quarter.

Have you already looked at the factory manual to start out? Here is the basic ID info page.
Also, the Historical service Stellantis offers does still work but don't always expect to find anything. They responded "no information available for your car" to my request for a 1964 Dart info. They were responsive but could not find any info.

It would help if you posted a photo of the fender tag and VIN.
