Dash and turn signal issues

-
The ugly splice was the wiring harness from the steering column that plugs into the fuse box bulkhead

Hey I was talking to a buddy of mine and I just realized that the turn signal flasher is not installed. I found the wires and I didn't know what they were, after talking to my buddy I realized that those were the wires for it and there is no turn signal flasher. I'm gonna go but one and see how it goes

We've already told you that if you'd been paying attention...........................................

alright well i tried to install my new turn signal flasher and it did nothing. Luckily the original one was sitting right next to it, not plugged in. (why? I have no idea...)

So I plugged in the original one and boom! turn signals started working!

So all of my turn signals work except for the front drivers side. Luckily I have an extra grill lying around with both lights installed, so i plugged that one in and nothing.

So I take it now it comes down to the wiring harness.

Any ideas where to look? thanks

awesome! success is very gratifying. whenever you're having strange electrical problems checking your grounds (or adding another one sometimes) will save you many hours of work and a lot of hair o your head :) thought this might help you out in the future. have fun

I know it's been a while since I've posted on this issue, but I've finally had some time to make this little video.

Ignore the horrible dash pad cover lol the original was horrible! So I just put a vinyl cover over it, which I'm going to be glueing on, I have like 10 grand into this build, I kinda don't want to spend anymore (68 dart sedan) it's not a gts haha plus I figure for a daily driver, a home crafted vinyl cover will do for now!

Sometimes when I say dash I'm referring to the instrument panel, simple mistake haha

I can't find your You Tube video. Can you post it.
