Dash reverse light

I want to add a dash reverse light to a '72 duster,car was a 3 on the tree,going to a 4 speed.Can someone tell me where the factory would have connected the dash light to the harness? Thanks,Rod

I would suspect it would wire into the reverse light switch on the trans.

Yes,you need the harness that go's from the reverse light to the trans (plug in) and the other part plugs into the bulkhead. Hope this helps..

Probably tough to find the harness.....but it should be easy enough to make one.

Easy answer. Tap into the reverse light wire under the dash after it comes through the bulk head connector. This is the wire that lights your backup lights. That's the way I did mine and it works fine. On a 72 it will be pin A, wire is 18 gauge black with white tracer.

You can also buy the harness new (repro) I used a B body,it worked fine..

I bought my wiring harness (engine) from Evans have not put it in yet,but looks real nice!
