the wife and I took a day trip into the back country.
Got a little rough closer to the top. Wife was driving, hit the skid plate in a couple spots.Nice, looks like a fun road
We were above Georgetown. This one is back by the camp grounds about half way between Georgetown and Grant.Kinda looks like a trail that the wife and I have done a couple times. Takes off just above Georgetown, and continues till your above timberline. Haven't done that one in years.
We were up above the tree line so it was in the 13,000- 14000 foot range. Air was thin for sure. We hiked up to an old mine shaft, and dang near took me out, had to rest a lot. Almost forgot the pics of the old mine shaft. What was the altitude?
