daytona louvers for duster?

Need your opinions on a fabrication? I found a set of Daytona
rear window louvers in a trader and am picking it up tomorrow. My plan is to cut it down to fit my duster. If I remember correctly it was much larger than a duster rear window and I want to cut it down to fit. Has anyone heard of doing anything like this before? The price is right 10.00 so i will buy it in any condition. Does anyone have any input on something like this? I have been searching for years for one for my duster. Thanks for any input!!!! You might want to get the mounting brackets in the deal.
There are 4 of them.

Is the type of Daytona you were talking about?

Yes that is the type. He also wants 10.00 for the rear window, if you know someone who needs one. It looks like I only need half by the size of yours. Hope it works out. I once ordered an omni 024, boy I liked that car. I also had a black daytona with T-tops, loved it also. Walt
