What does this mean, what do they look like? This is the code on my build sheet.

Tires I should have is code T74, E-70x14 WSW fiber, are these white wall tires? (White Side Wall)

I looked and couldn't find anything. This link is for wheel/hubcap options on a 70 Dart.

Are you sure it is not W21, which are the Rallye Wheels?
In 1970 you had 4 choices.
Steel rims with dog dish hubcabs, wheel covers, wire wheel covers or Rallye wheels. And the WSW tires had 2 small white stripes.
