decode this 340 block

bought a 340 block this weekend and need helping decoding it.
Here's the numbers,
2780930-340-2
night
1-15- either 71 or 73
rail stamp- 1B422803
Number on front of cylinder #1- GM340P35900064

I'd like to know if this is a 71 or 73 block and anything else you can tell me about it. With a GM stamp I guess it wasn't cast in Canada, my other blocks are stamped FW. Thanks, Dan.

It's a '71 casting for a '71 model.
