Decoding fender tag

I have been searching found a few bits of info. But can someone get a better sense of this tag.. thank you all for info I have received.

We will be glad to help. However, this is not a great picture. I can see most of it, but not all. Try another picture or maybe write the data down and post that. PLUS it would help if you told us the year, make, model. You could have a 1969 Dart that was built with a /6 and a tag from a 340 Dart GT.

Ok I'm sorry but this is a 71 340 duster auto car. Try this picture. If not I'll try to get better
