Decoding of Fender Tag

I have a question on what a couple of the fender tag codes mean. Im sorry the pic turned out kinda blurry. What do these mean? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
M31- belt and hood molding
M88- quarter panel tape treatment....is this the trunk and quarter panel stripe??
V7F - accent stripes, green
