Demon / Valiant hood?

Is there a difference in the lengths of hoods? I am trying to put the Demon hood and grill on my Swinger. THe Valiant hood I got is shorter!?

Demon/Dart hoods are a good 3 to 4 inches longer than a Valiant/Duster hood of the same year 70 to 72.

so, if I want to pull this off, keeping my 'long' fenders, I need a Demon hood?

Valiant/Duster hood needs Valiant/Duster fenders

Dart hood needs Dart fenders.

The hoods are VERY different between the two models.

this is what I started with, a '75 Swinger (blue car). Bought a Valiant hood, grill, valance and core support, bumper. Guy I bought from said "this is what you need, guys do this all the time. (brown car). The idea was to use my fenders (rust free) replace the bumper, grill and hood?

You need the Valiant fenders to use the parts off the brown car.

Your blue fenders will not work.
