Derusting drip rails

Anyone have a trick or idea to get the rust out of drip rails on a Demon/DS/Duster body? Its at such an angle that I dont have anything effective.

Get ahold of a 4 1/2 angle grinder and put a knotted stainless steel wire brush on it, put on a full face shield and HEAVY gloves, then hold the grinder on edge and run it down the drip rail channel. The only thing that will be left when you're done is bare metal.

I'll give that a try. I thought about that but was a little spooked about getting into the metal to much. Thanks Rick.

BTW any word on the repro 64 Valiant tail light buckets. And have ya'll started on the gaskets. Ordered the gaskets over a year ago no word yet.
