Did 68 Darts come with headrests.

Could you get headrests on a 68 Dart?

I am not 100% sure, but there is a 68 GTS in my area that I believe has original interior, and the bucket seats do have headrests. My car has buckets, but not original, they are high back seats. I am looking for a set of original cores, but they have to be reasonable, I am far from rich. Found a set in Ontario and the guy wanted $600.00. I will have to do with what I have.I cannot pay prices like this. That's rediculous.

Yes, they were optional.
You could get just the left side, just the right side or the pair.

yep, my 383 car didn't have them but my 340 car does.

As mentioned above, they were an option in 68 and early 69. They became standard equipment at the 1st of Jan. 69 when new government regulations made them mandatory.
