Jim Schild's book is wrong! He calls them B body brakes. They are A body small bolt set up but KH drilled them to 4.5 pattern. I have an original set. The rotors were actually designed for the 66 dart road course cars (also large bolt) and Chrysler also sold them over the counter. No, according to Jim Schild´s ´68 SS Hemi Guide, bbp but 14".
A lot of good info in this book...
They are not for sale. They went on a BO29 car that is being restored.R those for sale. If so message me. Thanks. Kim
yes, car was delivered to Sox & Martin very incomplete to give the shop time to get it ready for that car show in NY a few days later, is how I understand this story... Front rotors were production smal BP on this car, not like they later came from Hurst i.e. BBPI have an issue of Hot Rod magazine with an article on "Sox & Martin's new Hemi Barracuda" they went on to describe how the Keystone mags they were running would not fit on the front brakes.....
If you have a reference for that, it would be really appreciated. There's a debate on that, and whether it got implemented during the '66 season. The rotors were actually designed for the 66 dart road course cars (also large bolt)
Where can I find that book? No, according to Jim Schild´s ´68 SS Hemi Guide, bbp but 14".
