did I make a bad choice ordering from PST?

I ordered a suspsension rebuild kit for my truck and they charged my account for it but gave me no charge for shipping and I justbtried calling tjem at 7EST and their line tells me to call back during normal hours(before 8pm)

did i make a big mistake? I thought these guys had a solid rep

I sprung for the poly for $270. I saw no reason not to. The poly will probably outlast the rubber and give me some improved handling

done and done. they said it'd be shipped out today but for some reason, now the money is back in my account. gonna straighten that out tomorrow or see what's goin on

they called me the next day after I posted that to say the tie rod ends were on back order but they will.ship them separate if id like. so I did that.
