Difference between manual and P.S. column...

Going to look at a steering column (67-69) this weekend, he's not sure if what he has is a manual or power steering column. Is there ONE definite thing to look for that will tell me it's one or the other? Thanks, Dennis.

Length, BUT if someone busted the collapsible section loose and either collapsed or extended it, THAT might not be indicative.

I could go dig mine out (out of the car) if you need a figure.
