Datsun 2.0 lb build... Tried two of Crane's "World Cams" (this was '88..,nothing's changed..) ,both were too large ..(smallest ,222@ .050,stock 108 lobe center, next one up,add 10 degrees @ .050" ,both about .490" lift.),and were turds, due to my lack of knowledge. Went into a local air cooled VW speed shop, and asked: "What can you do for camshafts?"". Joe ( shop owner) stated "_Bob Walters, he's good.. You want it to beat Corvette's,or what?" ..Responding ,myself " need a strong midrange pull, smog & gas milage ,no worries" ( I was 19,gimme a break). I ended up with a 208@ .050,.480" lift cam &springs spec's for well under two bills.. And that damn cam revved to 6000+, ,and was so Street able. It's a little different I know, share good camshaft company experienced. (give the smaller cam companies, a chance. Please,no Comp...)..Share yours.

He has done a lot of circle track small block Mopar cams, nail head Buicks, tractor pulling stuff ect. he will actually spend the time to find out what you want and what you NEED, sometimes a big difference, but end up being very happy with what you get for a cam.
