Hey guys so tonight I cut up an old 675 cylinder head, I’m currently doing some porting and really wanted to know what the general boundaries were. If anyone else out there wanted to know or wants any specific pic or measurements please let me know. Cheers

Thanks for sharing. Makes me realize how close I've gotten to a water jacket on some of my earlier home port jobs!
No problem. If it helps just one person I’m happy. Again if you or anyone want better or different pics I’ll do my best to get them quick. Tonight I’m gonna clean them up and take the calliper a to a few spots for myself. So just let me know.

That's pretty great.

1. Do you have slices showing the side view of the intake ports? Top down is definitely interesting!
2. Would you be willing to do a magnum head?

Thanks for doing that. Interesting for sure. " Set the die grinder down and back away from the bench and no one will get hurt!"

I can probably do a different slice on Monday after work. I don’t have magnum heads unfortunately. I’ll post when I get that cut made.

I would offer to cut one of my magnums, but my band saw would probably explode.

Looks like there's a decent amount of meat for porting, How thin can you realistically go?

I’m certainly no expert by any means, this is the first port job I’m attempting so please don’t take my word on how far to go. There are FAR more experienced people here than me.
