I would keep the car,here's the but.
I have 3 A-Body bigblock cars.
I have thought about building back to stock.
I have a 340 and 8/14 in the garage.
I could even do a car to run in the ford days and Mopar day race's.

I think 5K is a little high given the treatment of the car (partially parted out) in terms of the cage and interior. But, I also agree that the driveline has value, as does an H code roller. I think if you could get it for $3-4K it would be more than fair.
