The heads have just as much to do with peak rpm potential as camshaft, I'd even say more so.
 
Is that Canadian HP or US? I wonder what the conversion rate is.

IME it is the cross section AND the shape that dictate 90% of where peak power occurs. The other 10% are camshaft AND exhaust in conjunction with each other. I've seen an NA 1st Gen Hemi with a cam and only 220 @ .050" peak at 6700 RPM. J.Rob
 
Takes less cam to make horsepower and turn rpms with properly sized ports and intake for the respective cubic inches.
 
Thru the years, I’ve tested a few combos that surprised me in terms of where the peaks occurred.

Some higher than expected……..some lower.
